Client-Centered Therapy also known as, Person Centered Therapy,
is a non-directive form of talk therapy that was developed by humanist psychologist Carl Rogers.
Sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
My job is to work with you, through one on one sessions, in identifying areas you would like to improve, highlight, or process through. Being an expatriate is a challenge in itself, while navigating through this chapter, we often need guidance and support.
The goal of our sessions would be to develop and strengthen the skills you already have and build the skills you need to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond. Living abroad can be hard. Living abroad with another person can be a gift, accompanied by a unique set of challenges.
Through our time together, you will be given the chance to practice new ways to communicate with your partner, have a safe place to discuss the tough stuff, and work on identifying mutual goals.
