About Me
I am a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in counseling, spanning various fields since 2007. Since 2014, my focus has been specifically on supporting expatriates, particularly those navigating life abroad. My passion for helping expats is deeply rooted in my personal connection to the international community. I continue to visit Korea every six months, keeping a close understanding of the unique challenges faced by expatriates, from cultural adjustment to emotional well-being.
In addition to my private counseling practice, I serve as a consultant with Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO), where I provide consultation, education, and support to clinical teams in developing and implementing therapeutic foster care programming. This diverse background has enriched my approach to counseling, offering practical insights and strategies that address both the emotional and practical challenges of expatriates.
While counseling is now a side business, I continue to offer my services to expatriates as a way to support those struggling with the complexities of adapting to life in a new culture and environment. My approach is centered around comfort, affordability, and flexibility, making it easier for you to receive the support you need during these challenging transitions.
It’s important to note that while my licensure is no longer active, my extensive experience working with expatriates for over a decade enables me to provide meaningful and empathetic support tailored to the unique needs of the expat community.
